Housing
STANDARD HOUSING is a double dorm room with roommate, two
bathrooms per floor. If you do not request a roommate, you will
be assigned one. If your requested roommate does not register by
Monday, June 29, you will be assigned another roommate. (Private
rooms are available for an additional charge of $15.00 per night.
However, private rooms are limited and may not be available.)
Housing Policy
No one is permitted to stay in on-campus housing, whether dorm or apartment, if
not also registered for the conference.
Apartments
APARTMENT SUPPLY IS LIMITED. One-bedroom apartments accommodate up to three people.
Two-bedroom apartments accommodate up to five people. All requests are considered; however, due to the
limited number of apartments, a request for an apartment does not guarantee receipt of one. If you request
an apartment but your request cannot be granted, you will be notified approximately two weeks before the
conference begins.
PLEASE NOTE: The per-unit apartment fee is charged in addition to the per-person full
conference package fee.
Apartments will not be assigned to part-time registrants, or to persons requesting
an unregistered roommate. Also, the number of registrants staying in an apartment will be taken into account
during assignment. All dorms and apartments are air conditioned. Most (but not all) of the dorm buildings
are available by elevator. None of the apartment buildings have elevators. There is a kitchen with a
refrigerator and stove on all of the dorm floors, as well as handicapped accessible bathroom facilities.
Check-In/Out
CHECK-IN begins at 9 AM, Sunday, June 28, 2009.
CHECK-OUT by 10 AM, Sunday, July 5, 2009.
Room Keys
A room key will be made available to each attendee aged 12 years and up.
$55.00 will be charged for each key not returned before leaving campus,
whether or not it is returned later.
Meal Policy
MEALS: Messiah College requires that all persons staying on campus purchase all meals from the dining hall during their stay, unless excused by a doctor’s note.
